"Halo-halo", anyone?

Both my son and I love "halo-halo". So far, here in Dumaguete City, we have tasted "halo-halo" from three famous resto here - Chowking, Sta. Theresa and McNeloy's. If you are a Dumagueteño, share to us where the BEST "halo-halo" is served.
